These Terms of Sale and Delivery (referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Website.

By placing an order on the Website, you agree to these Terms.

Orders

To place an order, select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.

You may review or modify the contents of your cart at any time before completing your purchase. The cart will display the selected items, quantities and total price.

When you are ready to proceed, click Checkout and follow the steps to enter your delivery information and choose a payment method. Any additional costs, such as shipping fees or applicable taxes, will be clearly shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that all information provided is accurate, including product selection, size and colour.

Once an order has been submitted, it is considered a request to purchase the selected product(s).

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

The purchase agreement is considered complete only once the order has been processed and dispatched, at which point you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

- technical errors on the website

- payment processing issues

- product unavailability

- suspected fraudulent activity

- misuse of discount codes or promotions

If an order is cancelled after payment has been authorised, any payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

All payments are processed through secure encrypted systems in accordance with international payment security standards.

Your payment will be authorised when the order is placed and captured when the order is processed for shipment.
